These are nulled themes - i.e. they are not legal and don't come with license. I usually use nulled themes if I am not sure whether to buy a specific theme and try it for free. If I like it, I buy it. Also, when you buy it, it comes with free support and updates.

The usage of nulled soft is only for tests. Maybe a lot of ppl use it but soon or later most of them regret about it.

For serious project use free cms for start (if you don't have monay) or buy something licensed. Everything not licensed is waste of time and may cost you your project later in time.

The Envato market I believe is best. They have a monthly subscription now and you can get a ton of themes for no money at all.
