For me, the most important thing is a customer support. The rest can always be put in place. If I work on the important things the few dollars of difference do not matter much. The most important thing are the people who are behind the machines.
If the hosting is good, the support is not necessary. I agree with that. One thing I like in some of the hosting companies is that you do not notice the problem if theres is such. They're so fast in resolving the problem, that you have no chances even to see it. So, the support is important, but if its invisible for your, the hosting could be considered as good and deserves a place in the list above.Uptime, speed, hosting parameters are important too No need of brilliant support when you aways call / mail them for some problems with the service
Used GoDaddy hosting, and what can I say, is not like the others, but the shared plan is Ok. They need to work on the support part.I have voted for Hostgator. They are good. GoDaddy sucks, I had so much problems with them. I will never use them again.(P.S. they are good for domains.)
In Bulgaria, the best hosting company for me is Delta.bg (They are the best for VPS and Dedicated Servers)Used GoDaddy hosting, and what can I say, is not like the others, but the shared plan is Ok. They need to work on the support part.
Here we discuss hosting companies outside Bulgaria. If you use those, you mentioned GREAT, but a lot more it has out there. Do you use some other? Not BG.SuperHosting.bg for me.
