И аз това се чудя днес звънях на Картов отдел и от там ми казаха,че трябва да въведа номера на сметката,но тя е с 22 цифри и те ми испратиха суифт кода на банката но уви????
друго сега се сещам дали има значение ,че сам регистриран в ebay- с англииски адрес ,а в pay pal с БГ

Картата verify-нал ли си я? Я отиди на My Account >> Profile >> Add/Edit street adress и виж какво пише там за адрес . Ако пише USA при регистрацията си се омазал и няма начин да си разблокираш акаунта .
Сега се загледах и май някой си прави ташак . Как може с първото си мнение в форума да напишеш че имаш проблем с paypal ... По принцип тия "снимки от фотоапарат/гсм" дето си ги сложил/а са от опцията за добавяне на банкова сметка а не че ти е блокиран акаунта ....

Виж дали адреса започва с httpS:// и дали имаш катиранрче в долния десен ъгъл на браузъра !
Иначе на мен онзи ден ми спряха акаунта.Съпорта по телефона ми обесниха, че някой е пробвал да ми влезе в акаунта няколко пъти неуспешно и са го блокнали.Трябваше да изпращам лична карта и бележка за банково разплащане.Ако за такова нещо се заяждат дай наред на конкуренцията да въвеждаме грешни пароли.

Дайте някакъв надежден e-mail (които се чете и на който отговаря скоро) за кореспонденция с PayPal, умишлено не искам да използвам контактната им форма през сайта, а за обаждане по телефона трябва да си взимам предплатен акаунт за скайпа и да им обеснявам един час, става дълга и широка.
Аз знам тези два:

Ако не им предоставиш тази информация няма да си получиш парите (ако имаш пари в акаунта). Ако нямаш пари в акаунта (или парите са твърде малко) и нямаш намерение да се занимаваш с PayPal по-добре го зарежи.
Ако се опиташ да си направиш нов акаунт на същото име и адрес вероятно пак ще го блокират.
Ако не им предоставиш тази информация няма да си получиш парите (ако имаш пари в акаунта). Ако нямаш пари в акаунта (или парите са твърде малко) и нямаш намерение да се занимаваш с PayPal по-добре го зарежи.
Ако се опиташ да си направиш нов акаунт на същото име и адрес вероятно пак ще го блокират.
