adding a card.
Mr. Veselinov, I understand that you are trying to add the credit card
ending xxxx3*** to your PayPal account. Our records show that this credit
card is already registered to a different PayPal account.
For security reasons, it's not possible to have a bank account or debit or
credit card registered to more than one PayPal account at any given time.
You will be able to add your financial details to your account once you
have removed them from the other PayPal account to which they are
registered.
PayPal accounts are registered to unique email addresses. You'll be able to
log in to the original account using the email address and password you
registered at that time. If you can't remember the password for the
account, you can use the 'Forgotten your password?' link to regain access
to the account. If a member of your family or a friend set up the original
account, you may need their help in gaining access.
Once you have gained access to your original account, please make a note of
the email address and password on the account. It will then be in your best
interest to close your new account and make any necessary changes to your
profile in the original account. Once you've made the necessary updates,
you will be able to make payments from the original account.
I've listed the steps below that you'll need to follow to close your PayPal
account:
1. Log in to your account at paypal
2. Click 'Profile'.
3. Click the 'Close Account' under 'Account Information' and follow the
steps.
After closing the new account, log in to the original account and update
any information that has changed using the 'Profile' tab under 'My
Account'. You can change email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses
and billing addresses for bank accounts or debit or credit cards here, so
that this account will be fully up to date with your personal information.
If you don’t know the email address that is registered to the original
PayPal account, or can't successfully regain access to that account:
1. Go to paypalcom
2. Click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page.
3. Select 'Call us' under the ’Speak To Us’ section.
