There are 3 are things:

1. Keyword research - don't bother focusing on competitive words
2. On page seo - url/title/description
3 Links (on quality)

It's in order of priority, hope this helps

In the same matter as you would do it for any other website:

On page + a little off page + social sharing buttons on your review pages.

Important: Do not create your review for SEs, do it for your users / potential clients. The only think you can do is the technical part on 100% and a little bit in the content - a little bit.
