Въпрос относно използването на данни от TecDoc 2018

Здравейте , искам да попитам ако измъкна данни от каталог на TecDoc ,но той е кракнат и ги вложа в Sql или си направя Json списък мога ли да имам проблеми при използването им в онлайн магазин или прочие Благодаря предварително става въпрос за България

Питам само за юридическата част , техническата част си е мой проблем прекалено много опит и стаж имам с работата с бази данни и тя вече е направена и структурирана въпроса е юридически Ако някой може да сподели ще съм благодарен

The customer is entitled to use service providers within the scope of the projects specified in the project description, and to transfer the database and database contents to them within this scope. This does not affect the customer's responsibility for compliance with these contractual conditions.

The amount of the contractual penalty shall be determined by TecAlliance at its reasonable discretion but shall not be less than €10,000 in case of infringement of intellectual property. In the event of a dispute, the amount of the contractual penalty may be reviewed by the competent court. Further rights of TecAlliance remain unaffected. In the event of a claim for damages, the contractual penalty shall be set off against the damages."
