Hello everyone
We’re choosing a domain for a performance marketing agency with a one-word brand name. To explain what I mean, let’s use “growth” as an example (not the actual name). The options are:
growagency.com – a trusted classic .com domain that is universally recognized but combines the one-word brand with “agency” in the URL.
grow.agency – Modern, clean, and keeps the one-word brand minimal, similar to what many top agencies do with .agency or similar TLDs.
xender
The dilemma: Should we stick with the trusted familiarity of .com, which combines the word and “agency” together when the brand name is just one word? Or choose the uniqueness and modern feel of a .agency domain and separate them for clarity, but lose the .com?
What do you think works best for building a reliable and memorable brand with long-term security?
We can't get both as neither are cheap, so we have to stick with one for now.
Thanks in advance!
