Yes, but 15 days are enough to decide to upgrade or not to their business plans. Free version is great for small websites. In Bulgaria people don't like to chat, most of visitors prefer to call by phone.

I am not agree with you. From my point of view people prefer to chat because its free, to call you they need to pay some money(to mobile operators). Our clients 99% write to us(mail or other) and only 1% call.

Probably because, the webmasters need to know how to use ti. Is not just putting it on your web site, you need to have a person behind it and this person should be educated how to sell, support people as well as point the visitors to the right stuff. Mostly when a chat is integrated, it stand only for an option, without any idea of its the real purpose. Also, there is one more thing here - you need to have a good team to feel the real power of the live chat.

But there are exceptions of course. And those who know how to use it, force their business much better than the others.
