Put the URL on the picture in, and set the amount of likes you want on the picture, the maximum being 1,000 likes.

What I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND is to give it a natural look, so don't put 1,000 likes, put something like 963 or 987, something that won't make it look so unnatural.
The Likes come in slowly, so it is even better than just getting them all instantly.
