In other words, I want a single post to be separated in a few. Here is an example:

Sometimes is not about impressions, long pages are not so comfortable for reading. You need to scroll, instead of going to next page.

Well the <!--nextpage--> tag is obviously your best friend.
But there is some issues that will require some template editing. As an example - if you using plugins like YARPP wp_link_pages() results will show under the related posts and will not take users atention.
